Cancellation Policy
Workshops cannot be cancelled or refunded with 14 days of the workshops start date. However it is possible to reschedule before 7 days of workshops start date. For more information, please see our full T&Cs. Sometimes there may be a delay in returning the pots due to problems with equipment at our studio. This can happen but we will endeavour to let you know if such a delay may occur. No refunds or compensation will be payable if a delay occurs but there is no damage to the pottery piece(s).
